B7 Aero Sdn Bhd was founded by Buvanesan Tamil Selvam — a graduate of City of Bristol College, having completed EASA Part 66 Category A1 and B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineering training programmes.
He then worked hands-on with commercial airlines before moving into aviation training as an EASA Part-147 approved instructor and later Training Manager, where he helped set up an EASA Part-147 approved training organization from the ground up.
His career then grew into business development — bringing in clients, negotiating partnerships, and shaping strategic growth across aviation and aircraft parts trading, including supporting Designated Purchasing Authorities in Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia that in turn supply government and defence aviation operators such as the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Thailand’s Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation, and the Royal Thai Police Aviation Division.
